1. Acceptance
By using Portfolio Manager or the PluriFin website, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
2. Service description
Portfolio Manager is a portfolio tracking and analysis application. It allows you to import broker statements, view performance, generate AI analyses (optional) and plan financial goals. It does not execute buy or sell orders.
3. License
PluriFin grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- distribute, resell or sublicense the application;
- decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer the code;
- use the application for illegal purposes or to infringe third-party rights;
- use the application to provide financial advisory services to third parties.
5. Data & privacy
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. All portfolio data stays exclusively on your device.
6. Changes
PluriFin reserves the right to modify these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the site or application. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
