In short: Portfolio Manager is an informational tool. It is not financial advice, does not manage capital, does not execute orders. AI analyses are informational examples, not recommendations. Decisions remain entirely with the user.

1. Scope

This disclaimer applies to the Portfolio Manager mobile application (Android, iOS, Web, Desktop), the PluriFin website and any content produced by the application, including AI-generated analyses (Gemini).

PluriFin is Filippo Salemi, a private individual based in Italy. Not a regulated investment services firm under the Italian TUF (Legislative Decree 58/1998) or MiFID II (2014/65/EU).

2. Not financial advice

All content in Portfolio Manager -- including performance calculations, allocation analyses, rebalancing suggestions and any other output -- is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute:

  • financial, investment, tax or legal advice;
  • personalised investment recommendation under TUF or MiFID II;
  • offer, solicitation or contractual proposal relating to financial instruments.

Investment decisions remain entirely with the user.

3. AI content (Google Gemini)

The app optionally enables Google Gemini to generate portfolio analyses using your own API key. Responses are automatically generated and may contain errors or outdated information. PluriFin is not responsible for Gemini-generated content. AI content does not replace professional advice.

4. Market data accuracy

Market data (prices, movers) is provided by third-party providers (EODHD, FMP) with the user's API key or via public snapshots. Such data may be delayed or inaccurate. PluriFin gives no warranty as to the accuracy of market data.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PluriFin (Filippo Salemi) will not be liable for any losses, direct or indirect damages, or economic harm of any kind arising from use of the application or reliance on its contents.
